I booked a last-minute stay here despite the poor reviews because it was a good price and walking distance to restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised to get a clean room and a comfy bed. The nice girl at the front desk told me they recently fixed up their rooms. I was only passing through but if I come back to Chico I’ll stay here again!

Spent a week at the hotel for a job and had a great experience. Clean rooms and the staff were very helpful. The location is absolutely perfect 3 blocks from downtown and close to all restaurants and bars.
工作人员很友好，也尽力帮忙。房间里没有额外的毯子，而且很冷。浴室也不干净。毛巾薄得像纸一样——我根本没法洗澡，只好花了30美元买了健身房的日票去洗澡。停车场几乎整晚都有很大的噪音。工作人员说十点前不能报警。我自己报了警，警察大约午夜才到。那个人待在车里，放着比较轻柔的音乐，但就是在那里。停车场气氛很诡异。“早餐”室里堆满了纸箱，除了一个包装好的糕点之外什么都没有。在这里我感觉很不安全。
老板人很好，毕竟生意拮据，勉强维持生计。然而，这可能是我住过的最糟糕的酒店了。一切都显得廉价又俗气。家具一看就是从二手店里淘来的。房间里消毒水的味道很重，但还算干净。WiFi用不了。制冰机坏了。游泳池根本没法用，年久失修，现在只剩下一个长满藻类的池塘。酒店周围杂草丛生，到处都是垃圾。我翻床的时候，一只虫子都窜走了。房间重新粉刷过，但到处都是喷漆的痕迹。有人试图修缮过，但用的都是些劣质材料，而且施工人员似乎连基本的技术都没有。
通常来说还不错，但这次却很糟糕。原因：泳池关了。我问值班人员为什么，他说：“因为门坏了。”真的吗？就因为这个？（这是我来这里的主要原因之一）这大概是我第15次入住这里了。之前我一直忽略其他问题，也从未抱怨过，因为泳池弥补了环境的“低档”。我甚至让前台打电话给经理，因为他一直说是经理关的，不是他。当时还有其他客人带着孩子想游泳，他们却毫不在意。我的感觉是，他们这样做就是为了省事。设施：0；客人满意度：0
我不得不打电话告诉我妈，有人比她打扫得还干净，哈哈！太喜欢了！干净又实惠！我们还会再来的！
