We were sandwiched in between extended stay people that were loud, hanging out outside their rooms and were very sketchy. I could not walk to my car by myself. The door's lock did not latch. There was a HUGE hole in the wall in bathroom that looked like an entrance for a rat.

NO - Don’t do it!
It was terrible! We aren’t picky travelers and were here for a cattle show so that should tell you we are used to some dust dirt and well other things cows excrete. The grounds were trashy, there were dubious persons who obviously lived there, as well as ones who didn’t. The window in our room was broken, the towels were stained, I could go on and on. Two positives were I didn’t see evidence after lifting mattresses of bed bugs nor saw any creepy crawlers in the room. I was so uncomfortable in the lousy bed that at 2 am we got up and went to the fairgrounds where we felt cleaner and safer. Thankfully we only had one night. Best advice - do not book here. This is also the first negative review I’ve ever left a property.
