Room was very clean, felt safe, staff was very friendly. Great breakfast. Beds were super comfy!

I didn't like that one of the side entrance doors didn't lock.
The overnight man at the front desk didn't seem to understand english very well. He was difficult to communicate with.
I got locked out of my room before I was ready to leave the next morning.

Customer service was excellent. Sofa bed was worn and dingy. The blankets were sandpaper adjacent. The room was spotless, yet the condition made everything feel grimy.

The rooms have new laminate flooring. The pool area was decent. The key cards didn’t work well when trying to unlock doors.
