I normally frequent this hotel, but this last trip Ii found out they don't do HOT Breakfast anymore. Which really turns me off. I like having a hot cup of coffee with eggs, or biscuits & gravy now on this trip it was a bagel with cream cheese. Very disappointing!

Took a shower the first night I was there. When I got the soap package was open and the soap was used so i threw it away and use the soap from the sink. When I finished my shower I went to get the bath mat that was neatly laying over the side of the tub to put on the floor. It was drenched and strained. The worker at the front desk apologized and did move us to a new room. The new room was good

Horrible experience. Room was very dirty. Black mold on the wall above the AC. Room smelled like strong urine. The only staff member we spoke with was not pleasant. Stains on furniture. Glad we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room.

Our room was not clean. There was crusty food on the counter and stove in the kitchen. There was a good 9x9 hole that was patched in the shower with mold around it. Would not stay here again.

The staff was extremely rude. Said my reservation was canceled because I was a day late due to a medical emergency, then rebooked it for remaking days, but would not let me cancel last 2 days because I had a reservation. Bbth cannot be true. Room was dirty, stunk, and toilet ran all night.

Employee at check in had ipod in ear and talking to someone while checking in. Unfriendly. TV didn't work. When we came back to hotel after our concert the roim keys did not work. The people that were in the elevator with us had the same ussue and had to go back down to get new keys.

Close to hospital. Arrived 30 minutes early. Would NOT let us check in. Waited in lobby. Checked into 206 room had dirty towels on floor & counter. Another guests toiletries on counter. Rechecked us into 304. Coffee maker, counter & backsplash dirty.Toilet ran all night. Breakfast was VERY limited. When taking elevator up to room, staff pushed in 3 laundry carts,left us waiting. RUDE, what about customer service. We will NOT return.

Worst service ever (but the bed was comfie)
The suite was nice, but all kind of crammed together with no divider between the bedroom, sitting room and tiny kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen needed more utensils and a frying pan. When I asked for a frying pan, I got a run around about how she would have to ask someone who would have to ask someone else and it would take a while, maybe the next day. I could not understand most of what the staff said and had to keep asking them to repeat themselves. Guests had to dial "0" at the front desk any time of the day or night just to try to get someone there to help them. Sometimes they wouldn't answer or wouldn't come to the desk, just try to take care of it on the phone. Worst customer service ever! During the four days we were there, no one emptied our trash, gave us fresh towels or washcloths, or even asked if the room needed cleaned. We'll never go back there. And heads up, the hotel next door is owned by the same group.

Very nice hotel! Could use some minor maintenance, but overall very clean! Very handy to medical facilities nearby for traveling employees. Need to drive to food options, but no big deal for us.

The room was well worth the price. Everything was clean overall. The only things I have to say that aren't worth 5 stars are that my room had some mold around the jets on the face of the showerhead and that there was a dirt stain on the fitted sheet of the bed. Also, the one interaction I had with someone at the front desk wasn't bad, but wasn't inviting either.
I would stay here again because the quality for the price is worth it.
