There was a dried out coffee filter in my room coffee pot.
The breakfast in the motel itself only had waffles for a hot item and the rest was bagels, toast, cold cereal and yogurt.

Our fridge did not work and it smelled. Our remote was cracked and only worked half the time. Not clean and staff not helpful. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room was lacking . Cabinet door missing. Tub had questionable patch in it. Key wouldn't work on the second day. Sketchy breakfast. Certainly did not meet what was expected for the price. Would not book another MainStay. in the future.

Breakfast was very limited with few healthy options. Loveseat in suite was stiff, not very comfortable.

We go there and they assigned us our room the first room was terrible. They didn’t even clean the room from whoever was staying there. Tv was on & bed was not made, toilet wasn’t flushed. Horrible. Went downstairs to he a different room much better than the first. Called the front because we needed more toilet, they couldn’t bring it up to us we had to go downstairs to get it ourselves. Everyone at the front desk was not dressed professional. All in sandals or flip flops with sweatpants & a t shirt. Definitely wouldn’t not stay here again. Would rather pay more for better service.

Only challenge was the waffle machine didn’t work right as no matter how much you sprayed it, it stuck & was incredibly hard to get the waffle off the iron.

I normally frequent this hotel, but this last trip Ii found out they don't do HOT Breakfast anymore. Which really turns me off. I like having a hot cup of coffee with eggs, or biscuits & gravy now on this trip it was a bagel with cream cheese. Very disappointing!

Outdated, couch looked like it’s been slept on for months, mattress so hard, just gross overall.

Took a shower the first night I was there. When I got the soap package was open and the soap was used so i threw it away and use the soap from the sink. When I finished my shower I went to get the bath mat that was neatly laying over the side of the tub to put on the floor. It was drenched and strained. The worker at the front desk apologized and did move us to a new room. The new room was good
