Rudest staff
Front desk staff Melissa was very rude. We stay in hotels frequently and have never came across a staff this rude. The manager Mike was rude as well. Definitely will not use this hotel again.

Staff was excellent. They were fast and efficient serving breakfast. The desk clerk was amazing. He was so efficient and professional. He went above and beyond. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom. The bathroom door was warped and would not shut. Also, the bathroom shower was not very clean.

Outdated and rundown hotel
Bathroom had stained bathtub, dripping water from bath faucet, holes in the wall and plaster in bathroom, the window in the room had a missing/broken latch, the room door needed to pushed hard for it to close completely.
Staff members were in the hallways arguing about other staff members in the morning when were on the way to check out.
The room in general was not well kept. If we weren't just staying the one night before going home we would've left and found another hotel.

Nice stopover
We were on out way to the Badlands and this was a stop over. My son left his phone charger behind and they called us and let us know we could pick it up on our way back a few days later. My son did say the internet was great here!
