After a long day at work, I was looking forward to a smooth check in so I could relax in my room & enjoy my dinner, instead I had to wait an hour until who knows who’s side messed up my reservation sort of fixed the issue. Quality Inn said they didn’t have any rooms under my name, ******* said they did. They went back & forth until they finally found it.. kind of? I had booked 2 king beds & ended up with 2 double queen bed rooms. Was too tired & impatient to wait any longer.

Room smelled really musty. Carpet had multiple tears in it. Cleaning the air-conditioning coils would probably help with the musty smell. And cleaning or replacing the carpet.

Property was good location - close to shopping but not close to town.
The rooms smelled like must and mildew. There was no comforter on the bed just a heavy blanket and sheet.

There is nothing by this place, the staff was extremely rude and do not allow me to do a late check out as I was in town for business and had to accommodate the things I was doing. However they did offer 30 extra minutes, I declined after they were so rude!

Definitely would stay again
Last minute stay, because of hotel change. Front desk was very friendly, went and personally checked to make sure our room was cleaned and ready to go. Right by highway, so easy access to things. Only downfall was our room was handicapped accessible, and so our shower head was pretty low.

My teen daughters and I like to visit Dubuque a couple times of year for the change of scenery from the quad cities. We started back when they loved the waterpark- now we just go To shop and enjoy a meal. This inn provides everything we need including a small indoor pool to entertain us and keep us overnight.
