The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated but clean. Bed was comfortable and not too much light came in from outside. I was safe and comfortable.

Staff was friendly & helpful, the room clean, as were all public areas. The location is easy to find & well situated for a variety of shopping, eating, & sights of interest.

Staff was great. Had a long drive to get there and had to check in late. I called them up they said no problem got there close to midnight. My only dislike was that the bathtub needed some work and the towels were really rough. Other than that the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good just missing the eggs.

After a long day at work, I was looking forward to a smooth check in so I could relax in my room & enjoy my dinner, instead I had to wait an hour until who knows who’s side messed up my reservation sort of fixed the issue. Quality Inn said they didn’t have any rooms under my name, ******* said they did. They went back & forth until they finally found it.. kind of? I had booked 2 king beds & ended up with 2 double queen bed rooms. Was too tired & impatient to wait any longer.

Room smelled really musty. Carpet had multiple tears in it. Cleaning the air-conditioning coils would probably help with the musty smell. And cleaning or replacing the carpet.
