Parts of the spa were broken and/or shut down. The TV in our room was malfunctioning, and the toilet didn't flush.

Clean bath room with good water pressure. Room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe. Salad was fresh and foods were fresh and good.

The room was stunning very updated. The hotel was clean every place was spotless. The pool areas outstanding. We loved the that there was security before you could get on your elevator tower. Lots of great restaurants and food.

Excellent room and very pleased it was a smoke free room, shame that we could smell smoke in every other area of the hotel, even in the corridor outside our room

Was a great experience. My room was amazing. Clean, cozy and a great place to rest and relax. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will be returning.

住宿环境一切都很好，唯一不满意的是，我居住了四天，可是没有获得客房服务，我打电话给前台说明了需要客房服务，可是还是没有获得、所以我住了四天，没有获得更换房间里的毛巾以及一些洗簌用品
