The room seemed fairly clean but there were a few problems otherwise. The air conditioner was too loud. It sounded like a loud roar wirh occassional even louder whines. It was warm so I definitely had to use it even though it didn't cool effectively. The bathroom fan came on automatically when the light was on and it was extremely noisy, like an airplane lifting off. I could hear what sounded like the same from the room above. The shower/tub did not drain so you showered while standing in a couple of inches of water. I stayed one night and I would not stay there again.

Exterior doors broken. They lock you out and keycard doesn’t work. They refused to do anything about it for my stay.

The room had a broken sofa and it didn’t fit 6 people like advertised since of the broken sofa. I was told that I will get a partial refund for the broken sofa bed and no refund it has been more than a week. They said that they told us and they have a rolled bed but nobody informed this to us. And also they said that to come in the morning and speak to the manager which I did and she wanted working that day because it was a weekend and she doesn’t work weekends which it’s a lie. Don’t book this hotel. Bad service. I asked for more waffle batter for breakfast to make more waffles and they took the thing to refill it and didn’t bring it back I’ve waiting an hour for it. Also the rooms were really dirty especially the bathrooms. The windows upstairs didn’t have a window net or any safety. What if children fell from the window.

The room was clean, the staff was pleasant. The only issue was that there was a problem with trying to get the cable TV to work. But the price for the room was reasonable.
