Loved the spacious room and the breakfast in the morning! Area was easy to find dining and shopping options, Close to the highway.

The bathroom in our room was filthy. The fake eggs for breakfast were weird but they tasted okay. The staff were nice. The laundry facilities and the gym were dirty. It was disappointing. Some one had tracked water from the pool into the lobby and I had to draw the staff’s attention to it. Does anyone clean here. If they do they need to be better trained. The carpeting from the lobby to our room was stained so badly I bet it needs to be replaced.

I am actually quite shocked at the lack of cleanliness in these rooms! The first room I was given had massive amounts of hair all over the floors and shower. The shower had pink mildew which I was told was due to the caulking? Um… no…that was a straight out lie because pink mildew wipes off with very little efforts. There was splashed in the mirror firm precious guests as well as ring marks from bottle of glasses, handprints all over the bathroom and entry door. There was hair and filth on the platform that the mattress sets on. There was even a cut off straw with white residue in it laying on the floor. The floor in the unit was disgusting and when I ventured to look under one of the chairs, it was thick with dirt and hair and bottle caps. I was disgusted. For $200 a night??? Really? Terrible housekeeping and terrible housekeeping management to simply never check rooms when the housekeepers are saying they cleaned. took video and pics of all of this just in case I got a hold of someone that cares and took pride in their job. I went to the front desk and they gave me another room. I was excited to get out of the filth an into a cleaner room. Wouldn’t you know….it was just as filthy. So I don’t know what happened to standards, but this place has none. Never again.

Spotlessly clean through entire facility and room.
Newly furnished room..IKEA style. Inroom coffee machine not usable. Hair dryer burned out. Bathroom not completely 'put together'. Dining options in immediate area non-existent.
Very comfortable, but it's always the "little" things...

We really liked our room as it was spacious and extremely comfortable. Also, all staff member were extremely helpful and courteous.
Was was lacking in regards to competitor locations we have stayed at was the continental breakfast. Selection of available breakfast items was extremely limited. As an example, the only juices offered were apple and orange where competitors usually offer at least apple, orange and cranberry juice. And rather than having coffee available in large containers brewed in the back and brought out, there was a machine that you selected a size and type of coffee, and then the machine made the cup. Although it was a bit more sophisticated, it seemed like it was brewing a K cup.

我们拿到第一间房的时候，发现还没打扫。不过他们很快就给我们换了一间干净的房间，挺好的。我本来以为房间里有按摩浴缸，但可能当时看了太多不同的地方，记错了。第二天早上的早餐很棒。
这次住宿体验很棒，员工也很友好。我很享受这次入住。
这是一家品质非常高的酒店，大堂很漂亮，早餐丰盛，房间也很大很干净。健身房里有不错的自由重量器械和跑步机。我肯定会再来入住。如果非要说有什么不满的话，那就是我的房间没有遮光窗帘，所以外面的人透过半遮的窗帘可以看到房间里面。尽管如此，这仍然是一家很棒的酒店。
