Room was great, there was a heavy cold draft coming from the heating unit.... Around the perimeter of the unit. Not sealed very well. Not a big deal but would improve the ambience of the room

We arrived and the girl at the front desk seemed rather miserable and that we were bothering her and asked “can I help you with something?” in a rather snarky way which was rather confusing because usually when people arrive at a hotel with suitcases they’re there to check in and greeting people with a hello and welcome attitude is usually what most people working at a front desk would do. Then we got to our room and there was a dirty used face cloth still hanging in the shower and hair all over the floor of the bathroom and tiles inside the door. They clearly hadn’t cleaned the floors or vacuumed the room. We also found a dirty cup laying under the nightstand. We decided to try the pool area and the hot tub was cold so we thought we’d try the sauna. It wasn’t working but there was a couple inside that had all sorts of personal items with them and we wondered if they had been hiding out in there. It was weird. Anyway, not the greatest experience. We understand it’s not the Ritz and we certainly weren’t expecting luxury, but even at that, there should be standards for any hotel and they definitely didn’t meet them.

Room was clean. The pull out sofa was super small, so it couldn't fit two, but wasnt an issue for us. Breakfast was good. The pool was good enough for my kids. It fit our needs while visiting the Soo.

The desk morning lady’s was really nice. Other then that everyone that we had to talk to staff wise was very rude and didn’t have very go customer service skills. The pool area was dirty and the only thing that work was the pool. When we went up to the front desk to let them know the hot tub was not working the lady was very rude and said you should have been told that when you check in just use the pool.

Very clean room! Staff were friendly and courteous, helping with anything I needed. Breakfast was good too! Well stocked!

Room had a very weird smell. The sink didn’t want to drain and the shower barely had any water pressure or warm water. The room hair dyer also did not work. The beds and room was clean. The weird smell was just off putting.

A nice play to lay your head. Well located for the area and the breakfast was delicious!

Stayed in the king suite w/ hot tub. Bed was super comfortable. Lamps were very dusty, one had a cobweb connected from the ceiling to it. Only had less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. Pool floor needs repairs, peeling in large areas. Bathroom floors were dirty arould sides and corners. But overall it was oksy, would probably stat again.

On behalf of the entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations with the half roll of toilet paper (there should always be a extra full roll of toilet paper in the room- I apologize). I am sorry about the cobwebs on the lamps, that is not acceptable. The pool floor was resurfaced a while ago and we have be waiting for them to come back and repairs the issues where the resurfacing is coming up. I will be looking into the cleanliness issues you experienced and I will be addressing them. I hope you will give us a chance again in the future to properly host you.
