Stayed in the king suite w/ hot tub. Bed was super comfortable. Lamps were very dusty, one had a cobweb connected from the ceiling to it. Only had less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. Pool floor needs repairs, peeling in large areas. Bathroom floors were dirty arould sides and corners. But overall it was oksy, would probably stat again.

The pool floor was resurfaced a while ago and we have be waiting for them to come back and repairs the issues where the resurfacing is coming up. Tenant at desk was helpful. breakfast was ok, tenant was overwhelmed and couldn't keep up. Laundry area could use some help and needs a coin machine.

Very run down! And I woke up with bug bites! The pool was gross, it had food at the bottom of it, the key cards didn't work, we had to get a new key card every time we returned to our room. We stayed in a suite and the pull out was a single, I've never seen that in all the suites we've stayed in, it was tiny. This hotel definitely needs some updates and cleaning for the price you charge to stay!

Comfortable beds and clean rooms, but the staff was horrible. Had several guests staying in different rooms we knew who had to repeatedly replace their key card during their 2 night stay. We’ve never had a problem with key cards or had to replace them. Every time we’d go down to the front desk the woman there would state “someone must have keyed the cards wrong”, then denied it was her (even though it was). When checking in 5 minutes early we were told our room was still dirty, which we understood. Came back later and had to wait behind a couple who were looking for a hotel room. 15 minutes of the front desk person calling various hotels in the area while I waited and another person behind me. Then the phone rang and she answered that. I was finally checked in and given no directions on where to find my room and was simply told she apologized for the wait and was “just trying to help someone”. I understand helping someone, but the people trying to find a place to stay both had phones in their hands and helping them after your guests would have been the more appropriate option. The breakfast was inedible and nearly empty an hour after opening. No one filing utensils or coffee. I came back an hour later with the rest of my family and it was even worse. The pool was murky and the odor of chlorine was uncomfortably strong. We would never stay here again.

Very let down and disappointed stay
Less then pleased. Hotel over all was just ok. Greated in a freindly manner at checkin. Now for the flaws. During our 4 night stay room was not cleaned while we were out. We needed toilet paper and towels called the desk they said they would have it up shortly this was at 830pm. By 9am the next morning no towles no toilet paper was delivered. We went to the front desk at breakfast there they gave is a roll of tolet paper and towels. When told that we requested thos over 12 hrs ago she just said sorry and went on with her day. Also there rooms over look thr indoor pool. No care was given about kids screaming and yelling until thr pool closed at 11pm. We had to ask the lady cleaning an ajoinging room to come in and service the room. All she did was grab the trash and dirty towles. We also found out when we got there and in the room. The volume button on the remote didnt work so i told them came back to a different remote. This the volume worked but power button didnt. By this time asking for help was a lost cause. Tv channel choies lacked so much we purchased a roku to watch tv in the evening. Nor looking to stay there again especially for a suite and the rate i paid.

rooms were okay, but staff was almost non-verbal. Nobody attending desk. Nobody attending breakfast area with no monitoring of food. Could not even eat breakfast either day!
