Good property, looks like it took over another brand hotel and put the La Quinta name on it. Good, clean large room, easy parking and friendly staff.

I couldn't believe how dirty the rooms were, particularly the carpet. The toilet was in bad shape and they had to move me to another room so I could sleep the last night I was there because it wouldn't stop running. The hair dryer in my room was rattling with something broken inside it and it nearly shocked me. I had to go to the front desk to get another hair dryer and that was an episode in its self. Do not stay at the La Quinta ever in Cheyenne, WY. ******* should give me a refund immediately

酒店回复: So sorry you had such a terrible stay although you stayed here for three days?? as for the hair dryer well as soon as we new that you needed one we replaced it for you as for the toilet maintnance went and fixed it for you as well. and whenn you need to be moved for whatever reason we moved you so we did ouir best to accomadate you and no matter what we did you had some other issue so so sorry but i feel that my team did everything they could to take care of you and all your issues. The hotel has not been maintained very well. Doors and wall need to be painted. The carpet had stains and looked dirty. Makes me rethink ever staying at a La Quinta again.

Room had a funky smell, and the carpet had stains and frayed. Polly’s and bed were not The hotel is very dated. Staff is awesome and friendly! That was the only plus. We have never stayed at this LaQuinta but never will again.
