Front desk receptionist was kind and friendly. The room looked as if it wasnt vacuumed. Found a bottle lid on the floor by the heater.

Staff was super friendly, room was cleaned. Daily cleaning. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good and hot. A wide variety to eat.

Spacious Clean Rooms , Friendly Staff and our room had a Great View that showed the conveniences of the community, i will only stay here when visiting in Madison 🤗

The room was spotless and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great - lots of choices and delicious, the pool and hot tub were clean and very enjoyable! Thanks for a great stay!

Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, great shower (even though we were in a handicap room), we had a really good location--convenient to outside door, breakfast area, ice machine, pool.

We stay at the Americinn South frequently when visiting family. It’s a clean, serviceable hotel. Breakfast is a bit above average with breakfast meat, eggs, bagels, muffins and sweetbreads, overly sweet yogurt, cereals,honeys and jam and butter and cream cheese, fresh bananas apples and oranges. And apple juice and watery OJ. Closes too early at 9 am. Selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate all day. The Pool ours nice. There are 3 bars or restaurants next door. I always sleep well. Helpful staff. We will return again.
