Nice room, nice staff. Wouldn't hurt to offer water in the refrigerator. Or even clear all the ice in it.

Weekend get-away
Great hotel. From check-in to our room to breakfast in the morning, all was good. The only complaint was the hot tub was too hot and it wouldn't turn on by the button.

I feel like the front desk was overwhelmed with other duties and were almost never actually at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were FANTASTIC. We got a suite room and it was very quiet and dark. Breakfast was fine

Exactly what I needed. I stayed here particularly for the jetted tub room, pool, hot tub and location. The price was a little steeper than I would have like to pay. But I decided to splurge since I won’t be having this again for some time now. The cleanliness of the room was pretty good. There are spot of not sure what it is on the ceilings and walls -dirt, mold, old bugs. But the cleanliness of the rest of the place ruled out that those spots could be so bothersome. The bed was very clean and comfortable -I do prefer when I see the whole bed zipped protectors on the mattresses and box sets. This makes me feel so much safer from the dreaded bed bugs. I love the generousness of the towels and pillows - abd so clean! Thank you!

A nice stay
We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the frost desk attendant was helpful and welcoming. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was also good, about 15 minutes from Downtown Madison.
Our only issue was that my wife wore a ring into the hot tub, in the pool area, one evening. After we got out, we noticed her previously silver ring had taken on a dark gray tone. The chlorine levels were so strong, the polish on the ring was eroded away. We alerted the manager on duty when we checked out. He apologized for that issue and said he would look into it.

Everything looked and seemed pretty new, nicely decorated. Salt water pool& hot tub we had to ourself. Sauna nice too.

The hotel was not comfortable or the air conditioning working right. The food was bad and the desk clerk was not helpful to fix the problem.
房间不太大，但是酒店很干净，早餐非常的丰富，周边也很热闹，出行非常方便，体验下来感觉很不错，性价比很高。
