The Radisson Cheyenne was actually a Motel 6 in a sketchy area outside of Cheyenne. Was way overpriced for a sketchy Motel 6. The desk clerk new exactly what happened, was very nice and helped me with getting a refund thru *******.

Worst stay ever didn't have a room ready for me and had me switch room around. Also came back to my room with all my stuff out like i was already checked out.

Property not clean and have hole in the wall. Sink still is dirty. Door is hard to close. Room and property is run down.

We got to the hotel a little after 3 am, exhausted from a long drive. The clerk said we were a no show and wouldn’t give us the room. Even though it was paid for. Said she didn’t have any other rooms and for us to leave. Lost my money and got no sleep

I booked accessible King with fridge. Got double with microwave on the second floor. Too tired to fight or argue.Breakfast was coffee and muffins. LOTS OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. BUT, I did rest well, bed was comfortable and room was nice and cool. It was a motel 6.....

The room was tuny and there was some kind of a stain on the bed. I dont not stay i booked at a different hotel and ate the 100 dollars for the room

Partly I booked for the pool, but it was covered, didn't see or hear anything about an indoor pool. The property looked well cared for, gleaming paint on the doors, clean bedding and towels. But no fridge and no pool.

The riom was fairly clean but air cond did not work . I was thought there were no more rooms available and was not offered any kind of break or concession in any way.
