We had 0 pillows in our room for 2 guests. Then they brought us two of the flattest pillows possible (at least they brought some) and said they didn’t have any other pillows. There was no remote for the TV, when we asked for one, they brought it but it didn’t work on our TV. Glad we only had to stay for one night…. Run far far away from Extended Stay in Beaverton.

The front desk was polite. Room was relatively clean, although I did see a roach running around. This (stay) was necessary since I was in a DV fleeing situation and did what I needed: to be in a safe place.

found bed bugs in the room. reported it to the front desk and personnel didn't acknowledge the issue. location is surrounded by homeless drifters. they were loud in the evening and woke us up from sleep with loud noise. surprised the hotel has allowed this for so long.

住了四天二次火警警报，夜里跑出来，－共来了六辆救火车！网络及差！早餐几乎没有！正常付费后，押金是100 ％的。床上睡觉四晚，身体一天比一天痒。身上红包一堆！最差的服务。希望改善停业整顿。
