found bed bugs in the room. reported it to the front desk and personnel didn't acknowledge the issue. location is surrounded by homeless drifters. they were loud in the evening and woke us up from sleep with loud noise. surprised the hotel has allowed this for so long.

Got there and price was right however place smelled. The guy that checked us in was nice. Got to room late at night and there were little bugs on door. Figured like maybe fly or something. Well when went to use restroom 3-4am there were little bugs and like mini roaches crawling under the door and the by the caulking for the tub and was so grossed out. Then the bed - well comfy but had blood stain in middle of it under the sheet and could see thru it. It’s just gross. The place is just ran down and this morning could see how not clean it was. The bug thing is just to much, ended up trapping some in the plastic cups in the bathroom. Couldn’t even imagine using the shower where they were at.

Been staying at this location for over a month now . The staff and management are so friendly and helpful with questions and needs . They have become a family to me . Want to say thanks to Nina , Pam , Nick and Clocer . You guys are the best .

Very comfortable sleep. Initial room had a dirty bathroom but staff quickly accomodated/upgraded us, and showerhead needed replacing which was addressed as well. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Every day that I was there, more and more small and large cockroaches were all over. Yikes, you need to set off one of those pest bombs. It was really bad.

The hotel looked decent on the outside. The person who checked us in was really nice and quickly checked us in. There was a funky smell to the hotel but not the end of the world. When we arrived to our room (333) and it appeared to be clean but as soon as I went over to the night I saw something small quickly move behind the night stand. I pulled the night stand out to see what it was and sure enough it was a bed bug! I slightly moved the alarm clock and there was about 4 more hidden there that quickly scattered. No, I did not take pictures as I was not going to stick around for these creatures to crawl in bags. We quickly left and notified the front desk.

这个地方不错,但作为住宿地来说有点小贵。它更适合长住,而不是我们这种只住几晚的情况。酒店位置很好,街对面就有快餐店和购物场所。
住了四天二次火警警报,夜里跑出来,-共来了六辆救火车!网络及差!早餐几乎没有!正常付费后,押金是100 %的。床上睡觉四晚,身体一天比一天痒。身上红包一堆!最差的服务。希望改善停业整顿。
