I love that there is a bathroom in the main lobby. Travelers often need that after traveling. Everything was clean and in good condition.

Very small rooms, shower was not very warm, bed was okay. Very thin walls and could hear the neighbors TV thru the walls. Breakfast was ok.

A few things to address: You booked our NQ1 room, which is our standard single queen room. Next time, you might enjoy our suite option—it’s more spacious with a sofa bed for extra comfort. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at the property; we’re always here to help.Regarding the noise, it’s possible it came from a connecting room, as those can sometimes be less soundproof. For your next stay, try requesting a non-connecting room to avoid this issue. On the shower temperature, I’ve checked our water heaters, and they seem to be functioning properly and set to the correct temperature. However, I’ve notified our maintenance team to investigate further and ensure everything is up to standard.Thank you again for your input, and we hope to make your next visit even better. 淋浴间的水压极低，水温也不够热，根本没法洗澡。房间非常小，跟图片上完全不一样。我和我丈夫两个人住，都感觉很拥挤。
