The room was very badly painted. The carpet is old and had old gum and stains.Everything in the bathroom needs to be updated. The lampshades were old, stained. The linens although clean had holes and stains in them. The entire place could use a makeover.
Probably won’t stay there again.

I don’t like the idea they take a photocopy of your drivers license to check in as requirement. It’s fine to ask the CID but not take a copy of it. There’s absolutely no need.

I loved the desk staff. They were so helpful. My flight was delayed and I had a week long reservation that I didn't want to lose at t a great price. So I called when my flight was delayed and I wouldn't get there until the next day and she checked my in over the phone like I was there and then arrived the next day. It was awesome! It was a great stay and as an alone female, I felt very safe.

The neighborhood is rundown. The hallway and room carpets were filthy. The bathroom was clean but no garbage can in bathroom. The pillows were nice but small. The bed was okay. The breakfast consisted of a pancake machine, toast, 2 types of cereal, and juice. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. For future guests there is NO pool or hot tub.

Only thing I was not happy about was the breakfast pancake machine and juice machine did not work only had cold cereal and a couple of pieces of bread that looked like they were there for a long time

I checked in later in the evening, andbthe staff member who checked me in was friendly, but had limited communication. Forst problem ise security deposit is $100 per room (on card, not cash). Never have I paid that much around here, especially for a propert as run down as this one. I had 2 rooms, one being the jacuzzi suite. The one they put me in though was not one I booked by pictures, which is why I chose the onen I did. He kept repeating their internal room codes like that would help. Finally settled in just having to pay a discounted extra cost for something not even my fault. The carpet was pulled up and a tripping hazard, the bench in the bathroom was broken, and the hot tub didnt have a drain. The other room had stained sheets, the AC didnt work on the shared room, there was a shoe leftover from the last guest, the toiletries werent stocked, and there were spiders. The the day manager the following morning helped move us rooms, but it didnt fix my dissatisfaction.
Also, one of the front doors has been broken for months, and the pool has been shut down for longer. This is worse than a Motel 8 at the price of a fancy hotel.

This place has roaches and needs a deep cleaning the carpet is old the pool is nice but hasn’t been open since Covid I was told the bathroom doesn’t drain doors are best up walls have holes in them and again roaches and the Indian lady up front said it’s okay they just little bugs worst stay ever

There was so much dirt behind the desk it was terrible. The coffee pot lid fell off when opened. But the bed and towels were clean.
