CARPETS WERE FILTHY DIRTY..SHOWER CURTAINS HAD BLOOD ON THEM..SINKS FILL UP WITH COLD WATER BEFORE IT GETS HOT..TUB HAS WHATEVER IN THE CRACKS...THE ROOM WAS JUST NASTY!! WON'T EVER STAY THERE AGAIN

This was an ok hotel in a ok area. The beds were horrible. Only offered queen beds which were closer to a double. My husband and i were sleeping on top of each other.

Check in was nice and easy staff was nice and polite. My original room was messy and not cleaned but the staff handled it really well and upgraded my room which was nice and had a really nice balcony view of the creek. Libby area was really nice to.

Room curtains look like a cat lives there. Tattered and shredded. Room 509. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, they only made the bed and provided clean towels. The carpets need to be cleaned badly. Make sure you have slippers 😆

房间装修过了,比我上次来这里住的时候好多了,这次住得很愉快。
酒店位置离机场有一段距离,入住时发现大部分客人都是黑人,吓得晚上不敢出门,房间的味道很重
走廊里有异味,我房间的浴室里有蜘蛛之类的虫子,所以我不敢睡在床上,必须先检查一下。我没有遥控器,我什么也没说,因为时间太晚了。我有咖啡机,但没有咖啡可以煮。
我的一个朋友也住在另一个房间,她也有同样的问题,但至少我有热水,而她没有。
他们取消了我的预订,然后试图租给我一间非市场价的房间,房间里有床垫,暖气也坏了。工作人员一点忙都没帮上,而且我也不是唯一一个。显然他们超额预订了,而且在没有任何通知的情况下取消了所有到店付款的住宿。查看聊天
