Made a reservation for two rooms via Expidia, two months prior to the trip. They claim they only had one reservation and had to pay significantly more than the original reservation price(not allowed to post the rate of increase). Amazingly they found the other reservation 3 hours later and was told that I could only get a refund for unused reservation. That is terrible service. No one can explain how this happened. Would you trust them again with your bussiness? I am guessing no.

Getting off the elevator to check out I was greeted by a snake. A 12 inch or so baby snake . I don’t believe I need to say anything more.

The bathroom was dirty. The shower had been previously used dirt in tub, green toothpaste in sink ( my tooth paste is white), toothpaste spots on mirror.

The staff was amazing there. The only thing I did not like was when we got to the room. We did see a lot of paint peeling on the ceiling. And when we got there in the room in the bathroom, there was only one shampoo one conditioner and it was booked for 2 adults So last night when we got back from the concert, we were to ask again for the conditioner and they had none.

I've stayed here a few times and its always been nice and clean. The staff are always friendly and easily accommodates my extra linen requests. We loved the jacuzzi room we stayed in twice as well.

房间装修过了,比我上次来这里住的时候好多了,这次住得很愉快。
酒店位置离机场有一段距离,入住时发现大部分客人都是黑人,吓得晚上不敢出门,房间的味道很重
走廊里有异味,我房间的浴室里有蜘蛛之类的虫子,所以我不敢睡在床上,必须先检查一下。我没有遥控器,我什么也没说,因为时间太晚了。我有咖啡机,但没有咖啡可以煮。
我的一个朋友也住在另一个房间,她也有同样的问题,但至少我有热水,而她没有。
他们取消了我的预订,然后试图租给我一间非市场价的房间,房间里有床垫,暖气也坏了。工作人员一点忙都没帮上,而且我也不是唯一一个。显然他们超额预订了,而且在没有任何通知的情况下取消了所有到店付款的住宿。查看聊天
