My stay was great. There were two drawbacks. When checking in I utilized the guest bathroom. There were two German roaches running around in the bathroom (this hotel is in a costal town, so the city is prone to these pests). The second issue was with my room door. I was assigned a room that was designed for a handicap individual. I had no issue with being assigned this room. My issue was with the doors locking mechanism. It took me 7 minutes to be able to get the door open. The lock would up, but then you had to press the button for the door’s automatic door opener. The mechanism that was supposed to open the door malfunctioned. It would not open the door and the lock would reengage before the opening motor would kick in. I’d imagine this would be very frustrating for an individual that is handicapped and tired after a long day of traveling. The stay its self was fantastic and the staff was very welcoming. I would stay there again and probably will soon.

The front desk was very accommodating for my reason of travel. My wife had passed away and laid her to rest in CC from New York. They were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during this difficult time.
