Room was not clean. One side of the bed had chips and trash on the floor. Not what I expected from this establishment.

Everything was good except that they don’t clean the room unless you stay more than 3 days. Also the second morning the food was reheated and tasted bad.

It was as it has been for years: A good value during off season visits. Place is pretty old but well kept and clean. I like the double rooms.
It is a fine place to stay. The pizza place downstairs is nice to have.

Breakfast items were limited and kept few in numbers. Room was clean and the bathtub walls were old/ soap holder was broken. AC was working fine

First room we were in had a toilet that would not flush and a large wet spot on the carpet near the air conditioning unit. They moved us to a fourth floor room. They had a better view, but still had issues with the toilet and the refrigerator did not work, the freezer did but the refrigerator did not. Office staff seemed indifferent but the maintenance man was excellent. Because of him I rated overall three stars instead of one.

Did not have the pots and pans as advertised. The breakfast was cold and the eggs tasted lile powdered eggs said they had bacon, was just sausage. There was no pool or hot tub. Had cutlery for two only one bowl and when I asked for another they said they didn't have any.

The hotel location map shown in ******* was very deceitful. The image did not show there was a hotel in front BLOCKING ALL VIEW OF THE BEACH/WATER!!
A couple of grab bars in the bathroom DOES NOT QUALIFY THE ROOM as being Handicap! It was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT for my 84 yr old Aunt to bathe and for myself who just had knee surgery!
I asked for a view of the beach, I got a view of the side of the building next to us.
