We came here on our honeymoon in the Azores, and after staying at a few very fancy hotels, this was our favorite place that we stayed. Maria was extremely communicative and fast to respond at any time. She is very sweet and kind, and gave us great recommendations. The accommodation was beautiful with an outside porch area that looked like it was out of a dream, covered in flowers, and overlooking an incredible view. The bedroom was perfect and we stayed cool with the ceiling fan. There's a perfect little kitchen and fridge filled with drinks for 1 euro each. There's a nice big living room, and a washing machine as well. We loved that it was close to the natural ocean pool and Maria offers scuba rentals.

It was a beautiful, well equipped cottage with charming decor. The hostess, Maria, was wonderful. She was warm and generus and went out of her way to make my stay thoroughly enjoyable. There was even a delightful and unexpected welcome package when I arrived.

Everything was perfect right from the start. We were welcomed by the host Maria, very friendly and helpful lady! The apartment was pretty large, the terrace was wonderful. The flat was very clean, it had so much more than you´d expect, they pay great attention to the details, and it does make a difference. The service was excellent! We would have stayed longer if we could. Definitely would stay again and happily recommend others. The view is fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place!! It felt very homie, gorgeous smells from the flowers when you step outside to enjoy the scenery. Marie takes good care of you, she is very generous and the place feels very pure and welcoming! During our stay she got a adult swing fixed which means you can swing AND enjoy the view😍 Highly recommend staying here to embrace Flores Island in its full green magical body🙏🏼❤️

We booked 3 nights the manager initially appeared very friendly & welcoming. Maria (the manager) asked us to contact her if there were any issues. I contacted her politely, mentioning that it was unbearably hot for a child in the loft of the cottage where she moved us: over 30C (no ventilation or insulation in the loft); I also reported a blocked shower. Without any warning the host cancelled our reservation (but kept the money!) and marked me as “no show” and asked us to leave the property. I had to call my travel agent who contacted the host to advise her that this was illegal. We then remained at the site for two more nights, the manager was very rude to me ever since that and went on to leave bad review to me on some booking sites …why? Needless to say, the experience was very poor, and we stayed there as we had no alternative. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this property merely because of the attitude of the manager.
