Dirty, stained sheets and blankets, dirty lobby, dirty hallways, dirty lobby. Asked for an extra pillow and they didn’t have any. Just stay elsewhere

I paid $105 for an okay hotel room and they tried to charge my card in the early morning hours $150 twice but when I checked out said nothing or had no explanation

This was the worst experience I ever had with ******* and that property I came in at 4 AM after a long drive the room they gave me at first was dirty. Sheets were dirty pillowcases were dirty and yellow. The second room they gave me was even worse than the first one so we decided to leave the property and go to a family member's house for the night then they tell me I get no refund for that plus the 2 other nights so 3 nights total I did not stay at so I paid almost $300 for nothing me and my family are very disappointed i've used ******* for everything, but after this experience, I will no longer be using them and I don't recommend anyone else to use them!

酒店回复: n response to this guest i would like to mention that there was absolutely nothing room with any of the rooms all the sheets and pillow cases where brand new put there that morning and there was no smell of smoke anywhere as we are a non smoking hotel. The issues is that the guest had called early that day asking if they check in at 3.30 in the morning will they have to pay for that night as there reservation was for 3 nights starting July 3 they where informed that yes they would have to pay guest was not happy and hung up on the call .I had informed the night desk clerk about the issues when they arrived they told him that they where told they would not be charged to that night and my staff informed guest that was not the case guest was not happy and within just a few minutes returned to the front desk and stated to complain. and left Thank You

Comfortable stay but needs some maintenance
I will say that the room itself was very comfortable. Bed was amazing, fridge and microwave were great. My biggest complaint would be that the towels provided in the room were badly stained and soiled. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk who took the towels and said housekeeping would take care if my room. That never happened so I had to again go to the front desk to get clean towels and coffee. It's an older hotel that does need some maintenance and cleaning but the staff was nice and room comfortable.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Room was spacious, clean, and up to date. Check in and check out was quick ans breakfast was good. Will stay again when I'm that way.

We had someone try to enter our room using a key that matched our lock somehow. If not for the chain (which was pulled sharply enough to dislodge one of the screws) the person would have entered our room. No security cameras on the second floor unfortunately. The manager was concerned but my husband freaked out about it and tried to barricade our room from another attempt.

Reception upon arrival was friendly and fast. Free breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage and pancakes was good. Other breakfast items were in very small quantities. No fruit. Room was not serviced on on our two-day stay…beds were not made and fresh towels were not provided.

The outside was was beautiful this time of year.
Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered was adequate/good for us. We didn't have a chance to experience the pool, but it looked nice. This is a budget hotel so our expectations were below what was the actuality. We would come back here in a heartbeat. Very pleasant experience.

We got dirty room with stains bed sheets, mold on shower curtain and poop on the toilet seat. 8:15 and no more warm food ( I don’t even know what supposed to be in the heater, probably sausage and eggs) smell in this hotel was terrible- like old moldy church. We checked out day ealier and manager said that he is sending money back and will be on my account in 3 business days and it’s been 10 business days and no money. When I called there he tried to lie to me that he is not the man who was there.. I remember his voice so good!!!

As for the coffee creamer they are all non dairy creamers with a long shelf life and are small individual creamer cups which are purchased from our supplies . As for the eggs and sausage each morning when you came down for breakfast we asked you if you would like us to make you fresh eggs and sausage but you just wanted coffee.As for the refund that was posted the day you checked out and it was taken out of our account 3 days later so please check with your issuing bank .Thank You
