We had a great stay at this hotel in Bettendorf! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference. Safe parking. When leaving wedding ring behind was safe and gave license to receive back. Now to the amenities please dont let the staged pictures fool you. The pool table was not functioning and the sauna and the pool was freezing but clean. Room was nice and peaceful but shampoo etc empty for the price all forgiven and the kindness from the staff. Breakfast is on the simpler side but nice. Thank you

Floors in the halls look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Bathroom floors were dirty as well. Back of tv remote broken and missing. Sticky residue on drawer handles. “Arcade” shown no longer in existence, machines replaced with empty vending machines. Sauna broken and inoperable.

You get what you pay for
It would have been nice to have a working sauna and towels at the pool, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The room and building were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
