The hotel is conveniently located near major highways and across a (busy) street from a shopping mall. However, it is currently undergoing significant renovations (in order to become a Holiday Inn); the renovations are supposed to be completed by January 2026. The renovations are immediately obvious throughout the hotel. Among the highlights: the lobby was cramped, the swimming pool was drained, and the outdoor seating area was unusable. Our room was oddly configured; the tv was off to one side of the bed (in order to accommodate a sitting area). The stream of water from the bathtub couldn't be completely turned off, and the shower curtain was tearing away from its hooks. Although the room had a balcony, it was too narrow to accommodate any chairs. While free, the continental breakfast had only the most meager offerings. On the plus side, all of the desk staff we interacted with were friendly. Because there are several other hotels nearby, we can't recommend this hotel until it can be reevaluated (after the renovations are completed).

We had a suite and it was very large and it had a kitchen sink, microwave, hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Everything was clean, fresh towels, two tvs and a nice sitting area. I could see that this room was beautiful at one time and now the owner will be remodeling all the rooms soon. Friendly front desk staff and very reasonably price. It’s too bad that so many people have given this Hotel bad reviews. If you had a problem why not tell the front desk instead of giving them a bad review. We will stay there again! I chose this hotel because of its proximity to other things. checked into my room at four pm and left the hotel for a few hours. Came back at 930 to find a stranger had also been checked in, and had gone through my belongings and helped himself to my snacks. 0/10 do not recommend, not safe for solo travelers Also it’s run down and grungy.

We came on a very rough night when they were having computer issues which somehow meant the majority of their rooms hadn't been cleaned. We tried to check in around 8pm, were immediately told of the issue and told "we have no estimate for when the room might be ready." We patiently waited, along with a growing number of other people. We finally got a room at 12:30AM, over four hours after entering. I understand things happen that are out of anyone's control, but the response is what determines a good or bad outcome. The manager on duty unfortunately did pretty much everything wrong. I won't list it all out, but suffice to say he showed no empathy, avoided most contact with customers, and did not offer anything to make our wait more comfortable (there was some stale coffee out, no water or anything else). I understand being overwhelmed by a situation, but the apparent apathy was so frustrating. Thankfully, when I called later, they granted a refund. Thank you for recognizing the issue! Huge shoutout to the main cleaning lady (didn't catch her name), who was working the hardest and still managed to show us the most empathy and kindness! She deserves a raise! If it hadn't been for the issue, the stay would have been decent. The room was huge, though a little outdated and the carpets were grungy. The giant feather pillows were pure magic! The breakfast was good, too- lots of variety, both hot and cold. The only challenge was they seemed to be running very low on plates- there would be chunks of time where there were no plates available. It was convenient having the airport shuttle.

This property is very outdated but had signs up that they were renovating. From my understanding this is now a Sonesta property and was formerly a Radisson. The light right outside of my room was blinking. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The outlets were so loose I couldn't plug in my curling irons. The shower curtain rod was broken which prevented me from closing the shower curtain. The sink was difficult to turn on. The phone didn't work. The carpet in the room was rolled. The lamps were missing the parts to plug in to the oitlet. I will say it was at least clean Sonesta properties are horrible and I would have never booked it had I know it was Sonesta. Hopefully with the renovations it will eventually be a nice property.

a a 1/5 just now on Google I booked a room for Sunday night 4/7 through an online agency and paid in full in advance. My flight was delayed so I called and told the front desk that I would be arriving at 1 am. Got there to be told they were sold out. It was the night before the solar eclipse so it looks like they sold rooms multiple times each time gouging prices. I had a hard time finding another hotel that night and ended paying close to $500 for it but least it was a decent hotel unlike the horror show I read in a lot of these reviews here. I would've totally been grossed out if I had to stay in this place. I hope they made enough off the eclipse to make them billionaires and save them from being cheap low lives. I eneded up spending more but it's so much worth it for my dignity and self respect. It sure feels good to not be enslaved by money.

The place is falling apart. Ceiling leaking in hallway. Floors feel uneven. Rooms have mold everywhere. We walked into our room, took pics, then asked for a refund immediately. They gave a refund right away without questioning anything. The front desk lady was personable and friendly.

This place was exactly what I needed for my trip. It is located near the airport, so if you need to travel to the city center, it takes a while. It was quiet and clean, so I had a good sleep. Some shops nearby.

My husband and I booked a day hotel to change and fresh up before a wedding. When I checked in, there was one towel but we both needed to shower and change after a long drive. I asked for more towels, and the employee said they don’t have more towels. I told my husband what she said and he went to ask for more towels and the same employee left three fresh towels in our door. I’m not sure what made her to act more respectful to a white men than to an Asian women. I called the hotel to address the issue the second day and left a voice message, and I never received an apology or a call back. I called their corporate center, and I never heard anything back. Just hoping this post would help you make a decision:)
