The facilities are clean and well kept. All staff we encountered were professional, friendly and a pleasure. Amenities were of good quality and easily accessible. Breakfast was adequate and provided everything necessary to start your day off right!

There was an issue with noise from the room next to us & they accommodated us promptly, efficiently, and were soo understanding and nice about it! The staff was extremely professional and friendly the entire stay which always makes things better!

Breakfast was gross with egg folded over with a big chunk of cheese. Beds were awful. Mattresses were in terrible shape. No sleep!

We checked in pretty late and made the reservations just seconds before arriving. Front desk already had the booking.

Beds need new mattresses - they are extremely hard
Cleaning staff need to be quiet in the morning - need to remember that some quests are still sleeping. Don't hold full conversations infront of rooms nor yell down the hall to another staff member. I wasnt impressed.

The room was clean except few areas in the washroom. Check-in was swift and breakfast was excellent with lots of options.
