Never checked in when I arrive there my room wasn't ready. The lady wanted to charge me $25.00 for early check-in . The still charge me.

My room was not cleaned at all. The lamp shades were rusted and old, the shower still had hair in it and it had a picker on the floor where they had not sweep the floor. The bed pillow cases were very stained.

I’ve stayed here numerous times and this trip way by far the worst in cleanliness or I should say lack of . I checked in late and was exhausted so I did not report anything to front desk . I was in room 313 and upon entering I noticed a washcloth on the floor next to toilet . I checked the bed and it was clean and that’s really all I cared about I went to bed and slept well the bed was very comfortable . Next morning I wore up and on the side of bed on floor there was something split all over the floor . I went to take shower and shower was covered in mold and mildew . I then packed up and went downstairs for breakfast which is always pretty decent . I checked out and left and didn’t even say anything to front desk . I usually enjoyed staying here but now not sure I will be back

I liked that the property was well secured with cameras and the doors locked to where nobody could get in without a key card after a certain time at night.

No smoking no pets
It was a nice stay. Breakfast was ok. I am not a nacon person so if you looking for that..they did not have it. Nice pool nice staff. Love that they do not allow pets. Dome people are allergic and it is good knowing some hotels are pet free.

The pictures online are definitely from when the property was built. This property is fair and would not stay again. The room was not worth the price. I paid an additional upcharge for a sofa bed that couldn’t be used because it was dirty. Pillowcases had makeup on them. Very strong chemicals in the pool caused itching and burning. Swam minimal time. The entrance to the pool is completely behind the hotel in a dim lit area. Staff not very friendly after checkin.

Front desk staff Melanie went above and beyond to try to make things right but this hotel is filthy. We changed rooms, that one was so moldy we could not stay in it and the furniture was broken, friend sat down and went straight to the floor.
I have seen in other posts the owner acknowledging the conditions and that a gut/remodel is forthcoming Sept 2025. In the mean time, cannot recommend the building itself. Staff and even owner seem responsive which was deeply appreciated.
