Hallways stunk. Elevators were dirty. Sheets appeared dirty. Light bulb was burned out by thr sink in the bathroom. The iron didn’t work.

This is not a five star hotel and honestly it is only one step above an extended stay shelter. I booked through a third party site and it is very clear the high ratings there were purchased. The room was extremely dirty and I had to go to my car and Dollar General for cleaning supplies just to make it livable. The refrigerator smelled like something had died in it. We asked for it to be replaced and were told we would have to move rooms instead, then the owner eventually came and removed it.
Customer service at the front desk was very dismissive and acted like our concerns were an inconvenience. I did not feel comfortable sleeping here at all and checked out after one night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are on a temporary construction contract or trying to go into witness protection.
Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

The staff was friendly. However, the room obviously had not been used in awhile. It smelled musty and moldy. Beds creaked every time you moved.

Never checked in when I arrive there my room wasn't ready. The lady wanted to charge me $25.00 for early check-in . The still charge me.

Room and hotel area is clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was fair. Worth the price paid.

My room was not cleaned at all. The lamp shades were rusted and old, the shower still had hair in it and it had a picker on the floor where they had not sweep the floor. The bed pillow cases were very stained.

I’ve stayed here numerous times and this trip way by far the worst in cleanliness or I should say lack of . I checked in late and was exhausted so I did not report anything to front desk . I was in room 313 and upon entering I noticed a washcloth on the floor next to toilet . I checked the bed and it was clean and that’s really all I cared about I went to bed and slept well the bed was very comfortable . Next morning I wore up and on the side of bed on floor there was something split all over the floor . I went to take shower and shower was covered in mold and mildew . I then packed up and went downstairs for breakfast which is always pretty decent . I checked out and left and didn’t even say anything to front desk . I usually enjoyed staying here but now not sure I will be back

I liked that the property was well secured with cameras and the doors locked to where nobody could get in without a key card after a certain time at night.
