We had booked a king-size room. Was told by young lady at the desk no kings available, just a room with 2 Queens. Hotel did not have that many vehicles outside when we arrived around 9:45 PM. Didn't make sense but she blamed ******* for over booking. We were tired so took the room. Room has a very unpleasant odor. Mildew or mold smell.

Don’t do it.

Called ahead and told them my husband would be checking in late. She said he would be able to check in with no problem. He got there after midnight and they wouldn’t let him check I even though the room was paid for and reserved.

They stripped down way too much amenities for the price paid. First, no instructions for use of the tv… took a few unnecessary minutes figure it out. There’s an ice machine in the building, but nothing to transport it. Thank goodness I had an empty h-e-b bag. There was no toilet paper holder and the paper was stored out of reach from the commode. Breakfast was very lacking in protein, plenty of boiled eggs but no meat. On the good side, the room was very clean and beds comfortable. Sorry, will not be back

Positives - The air conditioner worked great. Negatives The room was dirty and worn out. Our clock was unplugged so I went to plug it in and found a pile of trash behind the nightstand. The shower ( room 211 ) looked like someone had thrown someone up against it. It was cracked and discolored. The light switch and walls in the bathroom were dirty and in some places looked like fecus on the wall. They’re remodeling so be prepared for lots of noise from construction. When I told the desk clerk about the problems I was told they’d look into it. Hard pass in the future.

Rating of 0. Our bed is broken and they say they have no other rooms. Parking lot is not even 1/4 full. Staff is not friendly. The internet is very slow. Cannot stream anything. This is the last time we will stay here. There are too many other hotels around to put up with this.
