Beds weren’t cleaned, housekeeping pounded on the door multiple times at 8am after I told her someone was in here. I told her I didn’t need services. Rooms didn’t match the pictures advertised.

我们抵达酒店时，发现房间根本不干净。办理入住手续进入房间后，我们看到被子、床单和枕头上都有污渍。当我们掀开床单，发现床垫完全是黄色的污渍。墙壁上还有被压扁的虫子。走廊里弥漫着狗尿味。我们立刻就退房去了别处。前台员工也表示理解我们退房的决定。经理 Shelly Reeb 拒绝退款，只说可以给我们换一间房，但我们相信其他房间的质量和卫生状况肯定也半斤八两。绝对不会推荐这家酒店。
