Frustrating for me to book a NS room and have people standing right outside the door chain smoking. Else I notice the changes the management is making to make the rooms nicer and the landscape prettier

Distasteful Customer Service
I was very disappointed with this establishment. The front desk employee was so disrespectful with us. Upon arrival, this man decided to change the price of our room. He said he was charging my card an extra $8 for the room and he would also be charging me an additional $40 for, in short “incidental's”. In my experience, your card is taken for incidentals but only charged they cook they cook here. It’s not just like a room serv

Very unclean hotel room
Not sure where to begin. The check-in process was fine, and the attendant was very nice. We got in around midnight. The room was horrible. It smelled like pee. The bed sheets were extremely dingy. One had actual dirt particles on it. Out of all the pillows, one had a pillowcase. Several were torn with stuffing coming out. We got in so late and were only going to be in the room for about 6 hours so there was no point in making a fuss over it. We both laid on top of the duvets and slept under jackets instead of risking the dirty beds. The towels were also dingy and looked like they needed to be bleached. I will not stay here again and would recommend others look elsewhere. I would have gladly paid extra for another place if I knew how dirty this room was going to be.

It was great to have the grab bars in the bathroom in room 119. However, it should be made clear that there was still a tub in the bathroom, instead of a walk-in shower.
It would be helpful to put a sign above the door to the office, stating that it is the “office”.

Hello this property was not bad I usually clean when I get into a hotel there was hair in the sink and on the floor but I bought a Swiffer mop and I cleaned it out, the bed was Lumpy very Lumpy very squeaky but I did feel safe the manager made sure there was no parties noise I appreciate that I had a early interview with the job but people are people so as soon as they got up at 6:00 in like the have coffee in front of my window I was up and about so safety that was excellent cleanliness probably the average the fridge was clean the bathrooms were clean just you might have a little bit of a hard time they need new beds but other than that I felt safe and that was my main concern my car was safe. I didn't feel like I had to keep an eye on my car and worried about my safety for somebody getting into my room.
