Room was pretty clean the microwave hadn’t been wiped out. The staff wasn’t super friendly just handed my key and didn’t tell me what room I had to ask.

Yes. But the bed was so close to the outside wall it was not very easy to access the side of the bed. It was a room with 1 queen size bed

Everyone was super friendly, room was a little dirty not horrible but not great and the beds are awful. Overall not bad ive stayed in worse and would prolly use them again

Had to have 3 things fixed but they did get them fixed the next day and it could have been a little cleaner than it was overall it was ok

Parking area and outside of hotel were unlit. No lights were on. Front desk claimed it was because the timing hadn’t been adjusted yet (it had already been dark for almost an hour)… they came on later thankfully so we felt safe parking our truck and trailer in the lot.
First room we got had a broken toilet that was continually running so we requested a new room.
We right away went to dinner at another hotel and retuned to the second room we were assigned. Finally ready to head to bed after 12 hours of driving, we pull back the sheets and there are stains everywhere and hair. We left and requested a refund. Front desk had to call a manager and clearly made it seem like we were unreasonable and the problem. Still unsure if we will be receiving a refund. Hotel is gross and poorly kept. Should have trusted our gut from the time we pulled into the parking lot.

Out tv never worked properly; you had to unplug it to turn it off; the light in our kitchen constantly flickered; had to ask twice for clean towels and toilet paper.
The hot tub was nice.

We have stayed at this property numerous times in the past, and it has always been an excellent stay. It is easy to access, has great parking, friendly and helpful staff, manager is out standing, shopping and dining is close by.

Bathroom was very dark with two lightbulbs on the mirror. This was the max light you could get. Bathroom door edge was rotting. Could not get onto balcony as door would not unlock. Asked about it and were told, “sometimes it’s just hard to open”. Room phone did not work at all despite being plugged in. Bathroom in pool area had the walls and vanity legs disintegrating and with large pieces missing. Hot tub looked like it had never been cleaned. Staff were not overly friendly. Most of hotel was aged but appeared clean.

The room had been recently cleaned, painted and refurbished. Made me feel good that some companies are still being proactive with things.

床单上有不属于我们的头发，但最重要的是电视出了问题。那个试图帮我们解决问题的人显然不是真心想干活。他们来房间看了看，然后就告诉我遥控器坏了。但我不得不回到前台，他们给了我另一个遥控器试试，结果还是不行。然后他们说可以修，但要等到周一，尽管我的预订只到周日早上。第二天我丈夫又去了酒店反映同样的问题，这次是另一个人来检查，他非常友好地几秒钟就修好了。
