Our room was clean and the location was good but the front desk clerk was awesome. We couldn't get the tv to work. He offered to switch us to another room but came to our room and brought us a new remote.

The room I got was horrible. It stank of Body odor and smoke. There were seamen stains all over the walls and bugs in the beds. Completely horrendous. However the staff did give me a cleaner room but then the tv didn’t work in that room so it was bad all the way around

Walking barefoot in room made my feet black. One bedside light not working. Tried to return my key and get some coffee at 6:30am and the doors to the lobby were locked.
