Nice stay! It is nice property. Our room was nice and big. They did not do a super great job cleaning it though. There was a can of cigarette butts left on the porch, and a baby pacifier left on the floor. The jets on the tub did not work and there were no paper towels or any kitchen utensils. The kitchen was full size so I would have hoped for at least the bare minimum on kitchen supplies. Also, the heat would not turn off. Luckily it stayed warm enough as we had to turn it off bc we got too hot.

Great staff, spacious room and clean. Lots of amenities. Attached restaurant/bar with amazing staff. Only one issue of maintenance of dripping tub otherwise would have an excellent rating

The room could have been cleaner, and the heating system seemed to be stuck at around 80°F no matter how I adjusted it. The walls were quite thin, and unfortunately, the Wi-Fi and TV didn’t work during my stay. It was only a one-night visit, so it was manageable, but I had to keep the window open to make the room comfortable.

There are no elevators, so I stayed on bottom floor - between a hallway and a courtyard. I couldn’t open the curtains - so it was like a dungeon. Stains on my bed sheet, and hair dye stain on towel.

What people should know about this particular hotel is that the air conditioning has been shut off for the season. When we arrived at our room on September 30th, the temperature was 82 at around 4:45pm. We had to open the windows to cool the room, but then had to contend with the noise from the highway and the trains. The temperature never dropped below 71 degrees. Needless to say, we did not have a restful night.
