Clean rooms, beds were comfortable (pillows were thin though), breakfast staff was friendly and food and drink offerings were good.
Definitely an older property that can use some updating and small repairs, but everything was clean and seemed cared for.

The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure you’re stay is all that you want. They make sure you are comfortable, safe, and a clean and quiet room. They are all very friendly, especially the lady that tends to the food and the breakfast. I’ve stayed there many times, and she by far stands out above all staff. She is very friendly and very accommodating.

The room was great as usual! But when the person I was traveling with unexpectedly decided to check out a day early I was forced to also. She got her money refunded. I didn’t have a phone to call *******, so I couldn’t request a refund. The woman at the front desk said she would call for me. I guess she didn’t, because I haven’t heard. 🙁

酒店回复: We looked into your reservation; the person you were traveling with booked the correct dates for her stay there were no refund given to her. For your reservation was a preauthorized hold on your card for the stay, that was released the day you checked out early and as was told to you it is based on your banking institution when they process that hold.

Hotel stay for Doctors Appointment
I made the appointment at the Baymont because I had a medical appointment near that location at 6:00 am on October 3. Unfortunately, when I booked the appointment, I meant to book it for Thursday night, October 2 and check out on the morning of October 3. But because ********** books +or - 1 day of the day you request, the reservation was booked for check-in on October 3 instead of October 2. Unfortunately, I didn't look at my confirmation closely enough to see the check-in date. When I arrived at the hotel, the clerk saw that my reservation was actually for October 3. She was very courteous and helpful, and cancelled that reservation and gave us another room for Thursday night, the night I actually needed. I realize the reservation was non-refundable ... and I did not purchase the insurance because I intended to keep that reservation that I had intended to book. And it was my error in not reading the reply from Motels.com confirming my reservation. However, if it would be possible, I would appreciate a refund that was charged to my credit card on 10/03/25.

1st floor reservation not provided-no one at desk at checking- my friend who tried to check in early was told there would b a $25 charge she left-after checking clerk gave me keys and said u r in room 206-tried key and could not get in-kind housekeeping lady said she would check and said the correct room was 216 my fault didn’t double check- moved to room 216-no hair dryer in room was nothing but a hole in the wall-called desk will send technician-tech brought his bc there were no more-installed his and it didn’t work-tech said he would find another even if he has to go buy one-found there were no towels in room-luckily HK lady was in hall and provided to us-soon tech returned with another dryer partially put together with a silver tape but it did work-we asked tech if he knew how to get into TV sure and this was their biggest complaint but he logged us in and left-all stations we attempted to watch said the network was unavailable so it didn’t work either-time to get ready for our event-shower did not work and looked like it was attached with caulk and string-washed hair sitting in tub not much of a shower-we got to our event about 40 minutes late-returned to hotel about 9 and note on door stating if u arrived after 6:30p then you must enter at side entrances if building-next morning tried breakfast and some people said there was nothing worth eating but I prepared a breakfast taco for my husband which turned his stomach-kitchen lady decided to sweep while patrons were eati

The sign on the door states it will lock at midnight and reopen at 6 am not 6 pm and again we are sorry if this was an inconvenience for you however, we do this for the safety of both guest and employees.
