Great room, with excellent smart tv. Check in is very fast if you fill in the pre-check e-form they send you on email.

Stay was ok. Bed was never made in the 3 days I was there. Not here to complain just sharing my experience. Towels had a musty odor to them.

Room was clean, staff was professional and courteous.
Bathtub had a large hole in the bottom that was covered with an adhesive bath mat. It didn’t leak and we didn’t report anything since we were checking out within an hour of finding it.
Good hotel, excellent price and location.

Booked a smoking room but was given a non smoking room and told I couldn’t switch also saw multiple baby roaches during my stay staff was nice.

Room in good condition. Breakfast - old cereal, stale muffins. Second floor walk to room was precarious for 85 year olds. Parking on a slope was another challenge.

This hotel was very convenient to the highway. The only problem was our shower was not working and they didnt have anybidy to fix it that day. The next day they allowed me to use an empty room to shower in but it delayed our travels.

Nice room. Good bed and shower. The lights have smart features but the alarm clock was also SET! Wow. That got me up to a nice breakfast of cereal and yogurt...coulda used other options though.

The property is safe and located in an interesting area of old Pensacola, just north of the downtown entertainment and shopping district, making it very convenient.
