My toilet didn’t flush the whole stay I told the desk they said they would before I returned that evening they didn’t the beds were the worst I’ve ever slept in I’m still in pain and can’t turn my head they both day breakfast wasn’t set out till 730

We had 3 separate reservations at this location from 11/28-11/30, this place is in desperate need of some renovations, one of the rooms had a mini fridge that didn't work, tried contacting front desk to inform them but the landline didn't work in that room. Went down to my parents room and the window unit had bare electric wires sticking out of it. My uncles room door wouldn't lock all the way, on his way down to meet us for breakfast the elevator stopped working and he was stuck in there for a while.

We stayed here because we thought it was close to the airport- it is not that close nor does it offer a shuttle.
The room size (suite) was nice but the heat did not work in the bedroom and there were no extra blankets. In addition, the television in the bedroom kept buffering so we were unable to watch it. The television in the main had no remote control.
We did not eat breakfast there, so I can’t comment.
The hotel is not located in the best part of town. We could hear people at 3am in the parking lot yelling.
This property is just tired.

Shower head was broken. Missing TV remotes. AC/Heat was making a very loud clicking noise. I’m not one to make reviews but that was so bad that I had to. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Floor was dirty at check in, they made beds the following day but still didn’t vacuum floors. Room smelled of urine. At night seemed like a party hotel people were running Halls and yelling

I do not recommend this hotel. My daughter was going to sleep on the sofa bed but when my husband got the mattress out it had blood and urine stains. I requested for a different mattress but they couldn’t change it. Absolutely disgusting! The room was dirty, hairs everywhere. ******* do better. The pictures that are posted on the website are nothing alike the actual rooms. Unfortunately we checked in at 3am and couldn’t go to a different hotel that late in the day. We checked out the next morning. I’ve asked for a reimbursement but the manager has not called me.

I rented a suite for a 2 night stay. The TV in the living area had no remote and no way to manually control it. We were give a remote on the second night, but it did not work. Frankly, I felt the staff was just plain lazy in addressing this.

Our rooms refrigerator didn’t work, we didn’t have a trash can, didn’t have bedding for couch bed, and the pool was freezing. I was very dissapointed. I’ve never put a bad review but for the price especially it was bad.
