The room was clean and breakfast was on time. They accommodated me and my wife after being treated poorly at the hotel across from the mall.We appreciated the save.

Overall a pleasant hotel to stay at considering bang for buck. I was not a fan of the hotel doors both front and back being open all day into the night. As far as safety concerns. Anyone could come into the hotel

The windows had blinds but not curtains so the street lights shining in lit up the entire room. The fire alarm went off several times and once in the middle of the night for a minute. The beds were tolerable but not very comfortable. Online there was a $20 pet fee but when you get there it's $40 & I was never informed I would be charged. Overall I was very disappointed because this was supposedly a Best Western Plus.

Room was clean and front desk was friendly. Only stayed one night as we were just passing thru.
