Overall a pleasant hotel to stay at considering bang for buck. I was not a fan of the hotel doors both front and back being open all day into the night. As far as safety concerns. Anyone could come into the hotel

The windows had blinds but not curtains so the street lights shining in lit up the entire room. The fire alarm went off several times and once in the middle of the night for a minute. The beds were tolerable but not very comfortable. Online there was a $20 pet fee but when you get there it's $40 & I was never informed I would be charged. Overall I was very disappointed because this was supposedly a Best Western Plus.

The room smelled moldy but there were no other rooms available. Breakfast was decent. It’s close to many restaurants. There’s not much to do for night life around here. Pool was clean.

The only problem that I had was that the fire alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning my room was the only room that went downstairs. I asked the clerk what happened and she said it was a false alarm. No apology no explanation

Kileen trip
Had to call the hotel to get someone to come out to help me at the front desk so i could check in. The air conditioning system in room #301 was leaking water all over carpet. We told the front desk and they moved our room to #303, the breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. We needed bedding for pull out couch and more towels they only provided 2 towels
