Tbh, I would have rated lower but the front desk guys were very helpful and took my concerns seriously. For that, I extend my grace in this review.
My opening experience was walking in to check in and the guy in front of me had complained about roaches. I understand with an influx of patrons that frequent the hotel, It will not be perfect, but to say that I had a similar experience would be an understatement. I was very close to cancelling my reservation but seeing that the front desk did take the time to address and try to rectify the situation, I decided to stay.
In the end, it was not a bad experience but not a favorable one either.

我想表达我对贵酒店的住宿体验的不满,我的住宿体验在几个方面都非常糟糕。
在我入住的10天里:
房间很脏,地毯很脏,空调坏了,也很脏。
走廊里一直有异味。
床单和毛巾从未更换过,酒店也没有提供任何客房服务。
我的卡被以相同的日费两次扣款,我只能直接联系银行解决。
此外,环境非常嘈杂,院子里汽车的喇叭声一直持续到凌晨,完全破坏了我的休息。
我有照片可以证明所有这些糟糕的条件,如有需要,我可以发送。
