When we arrived we had to wait 30 mins before we could check in because the attendant was at the desk. Anytime we needed service we had to wait. 10-15 mins We needed extra towels, was told they didn’t have extra towels they were all in the wash. We only had 2 towels per room but 4 people in each room. Only 2 pillows per bed. (Which is doable but 2 per person is normal) The beds were hard and noisy. Just a lot of resolvable issues that need to be addressed. For it to be 100.00 a night I expected a better quality room.

Absolutely disgusting, I booked a room here for my sister in law with her husband and their infant during their travels. The moment they got there the front desk lady was rude and inconsiderate and made me verify the reservation 3 times before they can get their keys. After they finally got their keys they smelt the scent of poop from the beds, lo and behold there were several poop stains on the mattress. After telling the front desk, the receptionist laughed until she say the photos and gave them another room. They checked the other rooms and also found several poop stains on the mattresses with a foul odor in the room. This is completely unacceptable, they refused a refund and were completely unprofessional about the situation. Would not recommend this place for anyone!

This hotel was disgusting. It wreaked of smoke throughout the whole hotel. The staff who checked us in was rude. He was offened i didn't want my credit card taken out of my view. His response "what you don't trust me"... There were cigarette holes in the bedding, pillow was hard as a rock, the floor was stained and filthy. There was rust all over the bathroom ceiling, the coat rack was hung crooked, the bathroom sink was sloping and hung crooked. There were big areas on the wall where holes were repaired but not painted, pictures on the walls had writing all over them, lampshades had stains and burn marks, night stand had writing in paint on it. The room had an iron but no ironing board, there was no alarm clock ( website said room would have one ) and there was no chair to be able to use the desk. I requested a chair and we were brought a chair with nasty stains and holes on the seat. We felt like we were in a slum and the condition of the room was unacceptable for the amount of money we paid.

This place was horrible for the start. The lady checking me in was okay but I wouldn't say that she was friendly by any means. Went out after checking in and there was a CREEPY man by my car eyeing my teenage daughter. Once I walked out he looked at me and backed off. Once we entered the room after debating on staying there because of the person in the parking lot we decided we would be fine in our room. Went to the room and the door would not lock The lock was literally hanging there by a screw that was getting ready to fall out. Looked around the water in the sink was running. tried to turn it off. It wouldn't shut off it just ran and ran there was nothing we could do to turn it off. Then my son and I went to the bathroom after our long 3 hour drive we really needed to go. The toilet would not flush. Communicated that with staff and was told they didn't have anyone on site to help come fix it. Looked over the beds. First bed has cigarette holes in the sheets and the second had a big stain on it. The fridge ran so loud and when we looked into it to put waters to stay cold it was gross and smelled. bathtub has like some blue stuff on the bottom of it like it had not been cleaned or they just tried to fix it with a bandaid that could grow mold. Needless to say, we left the hotel and didn't even stay the night. Never received anything regarding the toilet. If we would have stayed we would have had to use it all night (3 people) and never flush it. When leaving hallway smelled of smoke coming from multiple rooms. GROSS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

This was the worst taken care of property I have ever stayed in. If I could have I would have left the moment I saw the room. The carpet was torn and stained, room dirty, shower would not work properly.

The hotel is in a great location with the police dept not to far down and having walmart plus other things near by but I think that the location needs to have it freshened up and have the appearance of the inside look more professional then what it did. The company is good one to go with. Just not that location.
