前台经常没人,有时叫了也没人出来,这让我有点困扰。房间里没有洗发水和吹风机,需要到前台借。早餐如果早点去,会有松饼、汤和咖啡等。我住了三晚,其中两晚因为倒时差起晚了,大约十点才到前台,结果早餐已经被收走了。
不过,工作人员都很热情,面带笑容,而且很有耐心地听我那磕磕巴巴的英语,我很感激!
洗衣机和烘干机都很好用,每次使用各2.5美元。
我在从未使用过的浴缸里发现了头发,房间里还有股异味,感觉像是很久没人洗澡了。不推荐入住。
如果真的要住,建议在进房间前先拿好洗发水和吹风机。房间里什么都没有提供,你需要走到前台去领。
住5天没有打扫卫生,房间里除了床什么都没有,桌子腿都是斜的。下水道也堵,洗手池根本用不了,告诉打扫卫生都不打扫,也不来人修理下水道。
环境一般,只能说将就,卫生一般,住那么多天都没打扫服务
屋内设施陈旧、房间有异味。
我们的住宿体验还不错,床很舒服,房间和浴室都很干净,周围环境安静安全。然而,在我们入住的两晚里,一股明显的食物/油味一直萦绕不去。我们试着给房间通风,但当我们打开抽油烟机的通风口时,味道变得更浓,几乎令人作呕。最后,我们多次喷洒了古龙水和除臭剂来清新空气,但味道依然挥之不去。我们通知了前台和客房服务部门,但客房服务部门似乎根本没有来。前台提出给我们换房间,但我们拒绝了,因为整栋楼都有一股油炸食品的味道,我们觉得问题可能是一样的。实际上,油炸食品的味道在早上8点就把我吵醒了,我以为我男朋友在我们房间里做饭,味道太浓了。整栋楼的通风系统都需要改进。很遗憾,我们不会再选择这家长住酒店了。
舒适且礼貌的员工
这是我住过的最干净的地方之一。员工非常有礼貌。房间干净整洁,但比不上昂贵的酒店。我们带着一岁的孩子旅行,睡得很好。我们也带了。电梯很小,只有一个。门铃车坏了,而且对于走廊来说有点太大了。你可以在房间里听到客人试图使用它的声音。价格如此实惠,真的没什么可抱怨的。我的体验非常棒。
由于电子钥匙经常失灵,而且关门很慢,安全问题令人担忧。如果你不自己关门,别人可能会进来。虽然工作人员非常友好,而且大多时候都很随和,但维修人员12天都没来修好浴室的水槽。
设施破旧肮脏。我们入住时前台无人值守。后门彻夜敞开,建筑安全毫无保障。前门和停车场外站着一群人抽烟——虽然可以理解,但这丝毫没有提升酒店的氛围。避免前往。
预订了房间,去了房间,然后就退了钱。不过工作人员非常友好,也很理解。他们需要进行重大升级。看起来像个牢房。
