Hotel is old and your experience can vary greatly depending on what room you get. Staff is great! Cleanliness could be better (depends on what room you get, the hotel is old). Walls are thin but managable with some whitenoise or a fan.

房间有股尿味和烟味,明明我订的是无烟房。总的来说,客房服务员根本没打扫,床看起来像是匆匆忙忙铺的,完全感受不到任何服务热情,尽管酒店名字里有“好客”的含义。还在沙发底下发现了一块白色不明物,具体是什么我也不清楚,这让我立刻决定退房走人。
服务太差劲了!我们续住了一天,并要求客房服务。我们本来想出去逛逛城市,回来就能看到干净的房间和新毛巾。结果呢,客房服务员态度很差,说要等我们退房才能过来打扫!我们说那不行啊,我们第二天就走了,她竟然直接扔给我们一堆干净床单,叫我们自己铺!晚上九点多我们回来,房间还是我们走时的样子。我去找前台反映情况,并要求换新毛巾。结果那个前台小哥一点儿用都没有,只说他已经在员工群里发了信息,让第二天早上有人来给我们送毛巾,他还说他现在也做不了什么。第二天我们等啊等,客房服务员根本没出现。对这里的员工和服务太失望了。我们以后再也不会来了。
毛巾又脏又破,浴室状况糟糕透顶,早餐只有两根烤焦的香肠和一杯冷咖啡。
非常糟糕,我再也不会住在那个又脏又臭的酒店了。
酒店位置优越,但酒店设施急需翻新,整个酒店非常旧,让人不舒服,早餐非常非常糟糕,连一片水果都没有。
