Mold on the bathtub’s silicone. Poor maintenance, terrible drywall repairs., Old towels. Good price but its not up to Best western standards. Not very friendly clerk at the check-inn. Could be a nice place with better management.

Electricity went out at 1:00am and never came back on. Not one word from employees on site. No communication at all. We got up at 6:30am lugged our belongings down dark hallways and 3 flights of stairs and left. Obviously no breakfast. By the way, I’m 74 and my wife is 70. We should get at least a partial refund.

We could hear the people in the adjoining room over the AC when trying to sleep. They weren’t particularly loud, the room just isn’t sound proof at all.
