The room and outside reeks of ****!!! People was living at the motel! Trash on the ground and all outside of the rooms! It was terrible!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! How dare you charge someone $146/night and have BLACK MOLD growing all over your ceiling in the bathroom. That was only the 1st issue. I want my money back! YES, I have pictures! I have never encountered a problem like this before. Who knows what was growing in this place that I couldn’t see. Do not bring your family here!

Website says there was breakfast, only coffee, juice & packaged donuts. Pool wasn't usable. Had planned to stay a third night but checked out early, ended my vacation early in Pensacola to get out of the place. Next stop was cheaper & had what they listed on their web-site.

Staff was very helpful and super friendly. I had high hopes for this place as we stayed in a DaysInn before however, I guess what they say “ You get what you pay for” is true. The door to the room wouldn’t lock , there was mold and some blood on the ceiling above the bathtub, roaches crawling in the room and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut fully. We also booked this room in regards that it has a pool however there was a sign that said “closed for cleaning” our entire stay.

Front desk staff was great, they’re the only reason I would go back! But shotty renovation work in the rooms. Paint on the hair dryer, paint on the shower curtain rod, paint splatter everywhere. Breakfast was packaged 3 pack donuts and coffee/juice…not what I would consider breakfast. Pool was ok.

We called in last minute and the front desk lady was really polite and warm. From the pictures, it looked like a great place, but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed linen and towels looked as if they hadn’t been washed and the room smelled like mold.
