I liked everything about the Ocean Park Inn.
We were warmly welcomed by the staff when we checked in. We asked about a place to get a Philly cheesesteak and when we were getting ready to walk out to find a place they had looked up a family owned place within walking distance.
Walking distance applies to pretty much everything. The Ocean Park Inn is located very centrally in PB and it was super easy to get around.
The room was like in the pictures and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a detachable shower head which is uncommon in the U.S. so that was nice.
The included breakfast was better than expected with bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, hashbrown patties as well as cereal, bread, youghurt and the standard waffle making station.
We got upgraded to a partial ocean view room and could easily see the waves from our balcony.
If you are not into the PB party vibe, I warmly recommend the Alehouse right across the street from the Ocean Park Inn - good food, nice atmosphere, and always a game on their tvs but never too crowded (the three times we were there).
I will gladly stay at the Ocean Park Inn again and felt it was a good value and great base for our San Diego visit.

Wow what an amazing find this place was! This was the second part of our family vacation and we were looking for something close enough to the beach we didn’t have to drive and fight for parking. We were on the 3rd floor and had stunning views of the ocean, had our own balcony and the room was perfect! Such cute decor and so clean. The bed was comfy which is super important to me. The breakfast buffet was great! They actually had bacon…. For those of us who do not eat sausage this was a big win! The staff was very friendly. Very close to everything. Walking distance to shops and food. The pool is heated and they also have a nice hot tub. If you’re staying in the area you must try this place….. you won’t regret it!

The room was very clean and right next to the beach. Room toiletry is was minimal. Unfortunately, there was vacuum cleaner noise before 9AM in the morning (Sunday).

海洋公园酒店太棒了！地理位置绝佳，就在海滩边，周围有很多热闹的地方，但房间却很安静——至少我们住的房间是这样。房间很干净，也比较宽敞，酒店整体环境也不错，早餐也挺丰盛，还包含游泳池和热水浴缸。对我们来说，这里简直完美！
