No one was there to on board us the day we checked in.
We waited and called customer service and waited outside and NO response and no accountability during that night around 11pm with my family. Complementary breakfast is a cheat because they have 2 flasks of coffee, hot water and 10 muffins. Nothing else.
No direction for internet , no one shared the information, we used our own data.
Outside lots of people and smoking with lots of **** smell. It’s overall horrible experience. The manager who showed up next day 11am but he didn’t take our concerns or complaints very well.

staff member upon check in looked completely checked out. Went to room and the bathroom was dirty, the toilet had residue. Microwave was never cleaned as well as the top of the fridge.
It was a non smoking room however the room smelled of smoke and the blanket had burn marks from someone smoking.

Clean room, but outdated. Terrible service.
One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in 36 years of traveling. Started with check in, the guy talked on the phone the whole time and never said one word to me, just pointed what I needed to fill out. We stayed 2 nights. The bathroom fan was very loud. The second night the outside lights flickered all night, it looked like a strobe light in our room, even with the drapes closed.
In the morning, went down for coffee and there wasn't any. She said she ran out the day before!
Pros: The room was clean, but very dated.
My first and probably last experience with Extended Stay Hotels.

Our stay was disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, and the bathroom fan didn’t work, which made it uncomfortable. Several of the metal fixtures and racks were rusty, adding to the sense of neglect. Additionally, the $15/day parking fee felt unnecessary and unreasonable given the hotel’s location—it’s not in a downtown or resort area where parking is typically limited or difficult to find.
