Staff was friendly and professional.
Room floors were dirty both tile floors by entrance and sink area and rugs in the room
Bathtub was full of rust and faucet did not work. Unable to switch to shower but for a tiny squirt.
Pillow cover had stains.

The room needed cleaned .the floor was super dirty. We were without water for hours. We were staying with 2 children. We had no notice of water being off and no offer of any doscount for the inconvenience. When asked the worker stated its not on us. Thats just awful

The pool was grimy and towel-less, and there was no signage indicating how to use the jacuzzi, which was only about eight degrees warmer than the pool. Also, my TV didn't function and everything was just a little too unclean to ignore. The hallways were particularly disgusting and really need an upgrade.

This place is disgusting, nasty dirty the sheets had stains on them! The wall in the room and bathroom were extremely dirty! The bathtub walls were dirty hand prints on the walls. Writing (in pen ) on the headboards furniture peeling away! The rugs in the hallway were filthy it’s smelled terrible MOLD IN THE ROOM BY THE WINDOW AC UNIT! I will never ever stay there again and I will never recommend anyone to stay. I’ve been to many hotels, motels, inns and suits you name it, and I’ve never felt the need to write a bad review if at some questionable stays. I HAD TO LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW DISGUSTING THIS PLACE IS !!

The room i was assigned had dead roaches on the bathroom floor. The tub was full of mold. The bed comforter had stains. I was totally disgusted. I would not stay here again.

I liked the area, the short distance I had to travel for my events, and the staff. Not really happy with the jacuzzi not working and it's lack of cleanliness. Also disappointed that only my bed was made and the trash taken out. Overall it was fine!

I made one reservation for two rooms. When we got there the person on the counter said there was two separate reservations and because of that we have to add a credit card for each reservation. I explained and tried to show him the email I received from ******* but the guys was really rude. The place is old, the pictures they promote are old. The rooms are okay. The hall carpet small bad and the walls are so dirty.
