Nice front desk folks. I needed an early ride to the airport and they were right on it. Room was very clean and nice.

The airport is close by and Hyatt allows me to leave my car parked on their lot while I'm out of town.
I had a early morning flight and stayed at the hotel the night before my flight.

Hyatt Airport Hotel is close to the Pensacola Airport is the main reason for my stay. I left my car parked there until my return trip.
Shuttle service is avaliable to the airport.

The staff was friendly enough, but first room they gave had no working telephone,no working clock and black mold on the ceiling. They switched my room, it still had no working clock and the floor needed a good vacuuming but at this point Iwasnt willing to fight it out. I would not stay there again, and I saw many airline personnel there and thought poor you!

The walls are thin. I heard everything going on in the rooms next to me. When I checked in, I had to be moved because the air conditioner was not working. I did appreciate an early check-in that was nice. There is too much noise. I did not like being disturbed on the morning of my check out the housekeeping asking if I needed anything they didn’t bother me before then asking me such questions so it made me feel like they were trying to rush me out of the room since it was the day, I’m checking out.

Great place!
Excellent location, surprisingly quiet, great staff. While some parts are redone nicely, the room definitely needs some renovation as it looked ‘tired and used’. Breakfast was great !

It was very convenient to the airport. The staff was friendly. Beds are ok. The place needs a little face life. Anything that was medal had rust on it. The key cards would quite working . Always had to get them fixed. My door was hard to open because it kept on getting stuck.

这家酒店最大的亮点就是离机场特别近。酒店的免费班车大概两分钟就开到酒店门口了。
房间价格很合理，尤其是在现在这种经济环境下，房间也很干净，各种备品都很充足。
