Stayed here to attend a concert at the Civic Center. Only 10 minutes away, so it was convenient to town. The front desk staff were friendly. Pretty clean.
But overall I think it’s rated higher than I would say. Some of the lighting in the bathroom was not working. The air was a side unit and didn’t maintain a comfortable temp. Guests were loud in the hallway and outside during the night. Breakfast had few options.

The curtain wouldn’t close all the way it was broke and the pillows were ways to soft I didn’t sleep good at all

Friendly check in. The room really was not as clean as should be. The front desk clerk came up herself and took care of a couple issues. Housekeeping definitely was not the best. Walls are very thin and you can hear other guests and lots of outside noise throughout the night.

The rooms could use a deep cleaning and general maintenance. I stayed two separate weekends at this hotel, and both rooms needed the ac maintenanced. On the last stay the door frames had hand prints and grim. The shower curtain had a blob of hair. You could easily hear people in the next room as well as kids running up and down the hallways late into the evening.

Worst stay ive ever has!
Worst hotel experience!!! The 1st room smelled absolutely terrible to the point we were gagging. I asked for a different room due to smell (i paid for a 2 queen bed room) due to smell we had to move so ended up with only other room avail room 110 1 king and sofa bed. Smell in that room wasnt as strong but still very mildew smell. Mold spot on ceiling. Beds uncomfortable. I paid for this place due to there being a pool. It was 3pm and pool wasnt even open. Once in pool there was algae on walls of pool so we got out. I truly feel i was gipped on my money for what we got. My kids didnt get to enjoy the pool after a 6hr drive. We ended up going to a park.

Excellent value for the money with convenient, quiet location. Property is well kept, clean, beds are comfortable, and rooms are a nice size. Breakfast is more than adequate.
Biggest con is the TV as no live guide. They simply provide a listing of the stations and the respective number and then a visitor searches what they want to watch that way. If you don't know the station and time of the program you want to watch it's virtually impossible to find something you would like to watch.
