Elevators don’t work. Lights outside were out on arrival. They charged me 3 $25 charges separate ly after I had paid in full two months in advance. They were not honoring another guests service animal and argued. My credit card company was texting me T three in the morning during our one night stay if three charges from two different business names without notice or telling me why, only sayin that one charge was my pet fee and the other two $25 charges will “drop off in 2 to 10 days.” That is fraud and I raised a big scene and told them I was getting fraud alerts. The clerk ordered me to leave immediately and tried to have me arrested. I raised a big scene, and I regret some of the names I called her but they ripped me off and the place was in poor condition.

Check in was easy and staff was very helpful,
Room was clean and the breakfast was a full meal, not just pastries.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, pet friendly, easy to access from freeway, and Staff was friendly.

Good: Breakfast, bathroom clean, not smelly
Bad: Small but important details such as toilet handle that kept detaching. TV remote barely worked, was very frustrating. AC was either extremely cold or stuffy. Pillows flat and hard. No one answered when we called the desk. No one present when checking out, just a basket for the key cards. We started to use that but thought better of it and waited for someone to show up.

We were happy with our room. It was nice and clean. We loved the apples. It was close to restaurants. And it wasn't far from the Convention Center. The desk clerks were excellent.

So, just did not try to figure out the TV.
