Very poor condition, stinky smell in the bedroom and very loud AC fan and bed itself was very squeaky. Toilet seat was very unstable.

Very kind & accommodating staff, super clean room, conveniently located close to main Hwy that leads to many places around Kansas City. Reasonably priced. Breakfast was hot, they kept food choices refilled and food tasted good. Will be staying again.

The hotel was minutes from my relatives that we were visiting. Very convenient location. Plenty of shopping and restaurant options. The rooms were very quiet, plenty of space in the room. Thought that the bathroom and shower was small. Also, the closest storage and lack of any drawer space difficult to keep things organized. Do not like living out of my suitcase.

Overall clean, staff friendly, respectful. Room was clean and all was good but the tub was stopped up and water drained very slow, filled up by the time one finished showering/

Bothered by the staff repeatedly
Ok they send me msg telling me we can check in early and check out late total charge 50$ and I called to do that because I have 6 month old baby they were telling me they can’t guarantee if they can make a room available I need to call early the day I will check in to request I said ok I did call they said they will make it available.
The morning the day we leaving while we was down stairs for breakfast we informed the front desk we are leaving late check out the person said oh it wasn’t put in let me put in and your good to stay late we said good we went to the room starting 11am 3 people knocked our door and telephone call to the room and I was trying hard to give nap for my soon we let the people who come to the room we have late check out and still they keep on calling and coming finally my husband went to downstairs and talk to the manager she said there is some kind of misunderstanding but I have never seen a hotel who treats there customer like this oh while we was out for dinner they lock us out because the Visa card we gave them wasn’t working for them to charge the 25$ in case we broke an item that’s so low to lock a guest and change the key anyway the manager said they won’t charge us for the late stay and early check in but they did charge full amount so we paid for a time we didn’t even rest well I will put this feedback on there website as well I have been in Middle East in Africa or even here in Kansas never see a hotel who treats there customers like this.

I was extremely disappointed being placed adjacent to the elevator. I hear it all night along with another sound as I was right over the entrance.

It was easy to get to from Arrowhead. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was very nice with very comfortable beds.

我们和家人一起度过了一个周末，酒店很棒。房间干净宽敞，足够两个成人和一个青少年舒适地住在一起。毛巾足够住两晚。早餐很普通……每天都有各种冷热食物，而且根据时间段的不同，可能很难找到座位。泳池在室外，虽然我们入住时气温超过95华氏度（约35摄氏度），但泳池温度对我来说还是有点低。我们对这次住宿非常满意，如果以后有机会再去堪萨斯城地区，我们一定会再次入住。
