2 elevators of 4 were down while I was there. Made it a little rough getting a ride up or down.
The room was really clean and comfy and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. I would stay again.

There was trash in the room and the shower curtain liner was dirty. Literally nobody that worked there smiled. You were made to feel very unwelcome. It’s an adequate basic hotel but definitely wouldn’t be first choice. They put a $50 hold on my credit card and won’t remove it for 10 days. Said that is standard practice. It’s not how the other 3 hotels that I stayed with this month did things. Also fell in lobby over furniture sitting out in the walkway. Hotel staff showed no concern and said a lot of people trip over that.

我已经在这里住过好几次了,他们把酒店打扫得一尘不染。从你走进大堂办理入住的那一刻起,就能感受到酒店一尘不染的整洁。房间漂亮,一尘不染。酒店内的星巴克选择丰富,而且服务标准与独立门店一致。最重要的是,抵达后,你会感受到如同家人般的热情款待!!!工作人员的友好程度令人惊叹……
- 我第二天晚上凌晨回来,发现房间既没有打扫,也没有翻新。没有干净的毛巾。工作人员谎称(按日间主管的记录)房间已经翻新了。
- 我点了双人咖啡,结果只送了一杯半温咖啡。我点了热咖啡。
- 餐厅工作人员告诉我女经理在楼里,然而,当我在前台找她时,一位自称是日间主管的男士却说他是值班管理员!
- 每晚花了这么多钱,我真希望听到一个合理的解释,告诉我为什么我的房间没有打扫或翻新。
- 顾客失望了。
