Staff was great. Floor was disgusting. I went to the front desk at almost midnight and got a mop and spray and cleaned all the floors in the room. I have pics of how dirty it was

房间里留有之前客人用过的东西(我猜的)。电灯开关和洗手间的台面上有黏黏的残留物。整晚都能听到关门的声音。床很硬,只有两层薄薄的被子和三个扁扁的枕头。我们本来想好好休息一下,但这种条件根本没法睡好。
我预订了一间无烟房,结果却被安排到了一间满是烟味的房间。我要求换房,结果换到的房间仍然有烟味。他们收了150美元的押金,至今还没退还,而且我不吸烟(我有哮喘)。房间又旧又脏,而且有异味,地毯破了,家具也很脏。
房间里的地毯很脏,而且没有清新的气味。床很干净,你可以得到干净的毛巾。我们没有吃早餐,时间还早,而且咖啡没法喝。
